German team advises AnaCap Financial Partners' portfolio company Fintus on acquisition of Finstreet GmbH

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Fintus, a portfolio company of private equity investor AnaCap Financial Partners, on the acquisition of Finstreet GmbH, a leading provider of software solutions for financial service providers and banks.
Fintus was founded in Frankfurt in 2017 and has positioned itself as one of Germany's leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers for the automation and digitisation of the financial services sector.
AnaCap, a leading mid-cap private equity investor operating across Europe and specialising in technology-enabled financial services, will provide significant growth capital, financial sector and technology expertise and operational support.
